ST PETER’S BARROWDEN CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL 2019

ST PETER’S BARROWDEN CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL 2019

PARISH OF BARROWDEN WITH WAKERLEY

CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL 2019

Every six years we are required to completely revise the Electoral Roll and remove the previous copy.   Those on the present electoral roll must also send in an application form.

In order to be eligible for the Electoral Roll you must be baptized, be a member of the Church of England or of a Church in communion with it, over 16 years of age and live within the ecclesiastical parish or have regularly attended that Parish Church for six months beforehand.

Those on the Roll are the only ones who can vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting to receive or send back the reports made there, the only ones who can stand for membership of the Parochial Church Council or vote for those who wish to stand

If you are eligible for the Electoral Roll and wish your name to be added to it, you will need to complete a form to this effect.  You will need a separate form for every member of your household who is eligible and who wishes to be on the Roll.  You can download a form from the village email, from the Welland-Foss website or collect from the Churchwarden, Kay Bagshaw at 23 Dovecote Close

Please complete the form as soon as possible and return it to Kay Bagshaw by the deadline of 6th March. The new Roll must be completed well before the Annual Parochial Church Meeting which is to be held on 24th March, 2019 in Barrowden Village Hall.

Thank you for your co-operation.
