This year Global Harmony, Melton Mowbray’s World Music Community Choir, will be celebrating their 20^th year in Concert.

As part of their celebrations they are staging an evening of World Music at St Andrew’s Church Lyddington on Saturday 13^th April starting at 19:30.  They are donating the proceeds of this event to the St Peter’s, Barrowden Re-Ordering Project  – a hugely generous gesture I am sure you would agree.

This has all the makings of an outstanding evening.  Their repertoire spans a wide range from Folk Songs from France, African Work Songs to Croatian Love Songs – all chosen to entertain audiences of all ages.  They plan to sing about twenty songs with a “halftime” interval for wine and nibbles!

All of this for just £8 per person and under 16s get in for free.  Please do join them– it will be well worth your while I can assure you.
